Recently bought a Flair saltwater spa from Colby and we can’t be more satisfied!! It was a smooth process, and we never felt pressured. Colby and Sherry helped us pick out the right style and color and we couldn’t be happier. Colby, Greg and Kenny all came along for the setup to ensure that everything was to our liking. Would definitely recommend buying from HotSpring Hydrotherapy, they are friendly, professional and were always available to answer any questions we had. Even called to check in to see how everything was working and if we had any more questions. Thank you again! Enjoying the spa very much!!

We recently had a minor issue with our Hot Springs spa and needed help getting it serviced. Greg and his team ordered the part and had it replaced promptly - no trouble for us. Great to work with Greg, Sherry and Colby - thank you! We sure are happy with our decision to get a Hot Spring spa.

Colby was a great help in selecting the right spa and getting a good price for us. We bought the Pulse salt water spa with the platinum tub liner and IQ System and are happy with it. Colby even came out with the delivery to help make sure everything was set up correctly. As a new spa owner, I've had to call with questions, and everyone has been helpful in giving good answers and advice.

We purchased our spa in 2021 when most stores did not carry the model we wanted. We found the spa at Hotsprings Hydrotherapy in Brainerd and couldn’t be happier. Their service was wonderful and they accommodated the delivery to our WI cabin. Highly recommended!! Thanks again
